I usually like to celebrate milestones, and I just realized that I completely missed celebrating the year anniversary of this blog (October 18). It’s hard to believe that I’ve been using this blog for a year now, that I’ve written over 260 posts, that I’m starting a thesis, and that so much time has flown by.
I’m working at the Writing Intensive Curriculum (WIC) program right now, and I don’t have much time to reflect on this, but I thought I’d at least make a note of it. The last WIC seminar of the fall term is today, so I’m excited to see how it goes. It’s been a fun last four weeks with the faculty from across the disciplines, exploring what it means to teach writing and some strategies for doing so.
