A few friends and I took eight days to drive across the country. We got into State College on Friday, and since then, I had explored downtown a bit, found the coffee shops I will probably be spending time at, found a good bar, and researched apartments a lot. I’m crashing at a friend’s apartment until I find something, which could take awhile at the pace I’m at. Then again, it’s the weekend, which makes it harder.
Orientation starts in a week, and classes start in two weeks. I’m very excited, and it seems a lot more real now that I’m in town.
