Hello, my name is Dillion Johnson. I am a first year student at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, and am currently undecided with my major. We are creating research on something that pertains to Wisconsin in some way. I chose to research information on the Pabst Brewery Company. The reason why Pabst pertains to Wisconsin is because the very first Brewery was started in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

A majority of my blog posts entail sources that are credible and advances an understanding of the Pabst Brewery Company.

I am interested in this topic for three reasons. The first being that as I was growing up, I often saw my family drinking Pabst. The second reason is because I wasn’t aware that the brand of beer that I grew up seeing others drink was started in Milwaukee, not too far from where I grew up! And my third reason was simply because I am a college student and Pabst is a popular beer that is often seen on the weekends.
