Hello! My name is Tristin, I am currently finishing up my first year at UWEC.  I am majoring in Environmental Public Health.  I love being outdoors, interacting with people, and protecting the publics health.

My blog posts are about what life was like for people that came to Wisconsin.  From the stories that I included in my blog posts, were families that immigrated to Wisconsin and they mostly farmed to make a living.  However, when I researched more into the history of agriculture in Wisconsin I found out that they tried many other different things than just agricultural crops.  I hope that my blogs help you understand what life was like for the new comers in the 1800’s and the history of agriculture!  Thanks for visiting my site.
