Do you think this is a good idea?
I am not sure. I’m mulling it over, which is why I didn’t provide commentary. On the one hand, I think public organization and funding is best. On the other hand, if the state fails an institution, shouldn’t the institution try to find ways to support itself? I’m pretty ambivalent right now.
